Traggic Loss in California-Team Summit

AO do you know the address of the church? I found two churches in Chico with the same name and everytime I call the funeral home I get an answering service that says the date hasn't been set yet

I don't have words that can express my feelings on this.

Chad was the first to step up and lend a hand on a ride... have a good joke...an easy smile and the real brotherhood with his good freinds that made all he was around just plain better.

Good thoughts go out to Shane, Jesse, AO, and all the NorCal gang....

Godspeed my friend!!

Never met him but he sure sounds like a great loss to the snowmobile community.

Its a tragic thing, he always seams to take the best first doesn't he?

Rest in Peace today Chadd. I never knew you personally, but by the testimony of your friends, you made the world a better place for all of those who knew you.

just got back from the funeral...

chadd had an impact on MANY MANY MANY good people to say the least in his short 29 years here!!!!!!

RIP my friend!!!!

If there's any such thing as a good funeral, that was sure it. It was more than obvious by the number of people that showed up that Chadd had made a very significant positive impact on the people that he had met and befriended in his all-too-short 29 years here.

I admire and appreciate the great courage of those who spoke at the funeral. Your words echoed what I believe everyone that knew Chadd was feeling. Thank you for standing up and saying it for those of us who just couldn't put it into words under these difficult circumstances. I know Chadd is proud of you as well.

Again, I offer my most heartfelt condolences to Chadd's family, and his many, many great friends. Chadd made all of our lives better for having known him.

Tough day saying goodbye to Chadd up in Chico. AO and Smash did an amazing job and, as Jill and I said after we got home...that was the most I've ever laughed at a memorial service. Chadd wouldn't have had it any other way.

RIP buddy.

Jeff

Just read this. Chadd helped me many times when I was growing up in various sled repairs/builds. I have a cabin in LaPorte, where he spent a bunch of time. The man was awesome. Such a riot to be around and so smart on the sled front. I will miss you, Chadd.
