Don't mean to be a dick but you sound like mom and dad bought your sled and all your gas for you up until recently and just don't want to lose your gas money. Gotta pay to play in the sledding business. And BTW Tracks USA doesn't pay for track swap when you buy a new track, that is up to the customer. Think of it this way, if you were selling truck/car tires, would you include with every tire you sell free tire change money? Will be a lot easier on the wallet when you learn to do most of your work.
