Track to take my son to ride>?

Guys, are there ANY tracks that I can take my kid out on his 120 to ride?

When I was his age I remember having a lot of access to tracks in my area(motor cross).

I dont know of any for the lil guys.

Sad really.

He wants to race, but until he can get a little more time on his sled he wont be ready.

I saw two little ones riding around a lake at Eureka. They were having a blast. I am pretty sire there are a ton of lakes and trails in the valley he can do. Big Lake would be a good place.

A great place for the kids to learn is at Hatchers. Park across from the Motherlode. Groomed trails up toward the pass and Archangel. Safe areas to ride but instant access to more challenging terrain. My 9 year old daughter loves the area.

Kincaid park in Anchorage is the only "track" that I know of. I'm not sure if they are open during the winter months though.

See that sucks, there is a big difference between lakes, hatchers, and a track.

Sound like Hatchers is the best bet though. I need to register his sled so they will let him ride.

The track in Wasilla has melted and turned to mud.

Fairbanks has Jr class snowmachine races and a track. Not sure who to contact.

Check www.ammcracing.com, we host local snomachine races. This weekend is the ArcticMan SnoX race. we have a few 120 racers that are less than 4 years old. If the jr racers can gas, brake and steer...he will fit in!

May 3 is the Alyeska Motor Madness. This will be the last 120 race of the year. Hope to see your young racer at Alyeska. It is the biggest race of the year for AMMC.
