track tension

I am helping a buddy out with his 09 D800 and need to know what the correct track tension is.

Tight!!!

I usually go so tight that it pinches my fingers between the track and slides...

Or Polaris says..

3/8 - 1/2 with a ten pound pull... 15" from back of track...

It says 3/8"-1/2". I usually adjust it so the track "nubs" are just beneath the hi-fax with no weight. That way you can center the track left to right as well.
