Track swap on King Cat?

Hey has anybody done a track swap on a 1M? I've looked for videos on it and found one but it wasn't quite the same, so I thought I'd as. I picked up a used Power Claw to replace the Attack 20 and am thinking of going ahead and swapping it on. I did a couple of track swaps on my past M7s, but that's totally different with the Damond Drive.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. :)

The older style is very easy, Remove skidframe, Remove 3 bolts on left side under secondary where speedo cable hooks up, Drain and remove chaincase cover and pull sprockets and chain, Pull 3 nuts holding cover over driveshaft bearing, On tunnel side of bearings normally there are some locking sleeves with a allen screw holding them from rotating, loosen that allen screw and tap with a punch the opposite direction of rotation and should loosen.
Slide the driveshaft out replace track and reverse disassembly.

A decent idea on what it take but this one does have reverse inside in the chaincase so it is a little more involved then yours.

Looks like Tmod got you a good answer.

We've swapped many tracks on these. The power claw is a great upgrade from the attack 20.

Yeah as soon as I know the thing will run somewhat reliably, I'll put the work into the track swap. Right now I"m battling Secondary clutch issues.

What kind of clutch issues?
I've got access to a lot of information about these.

Well I've rebuilt both clutches... but I have two secondaries now (the original that I rebuilt with a fresh spring, and one I bought on ebay) and I CANNOT get either of them to spread the sheaves when I rotate the inner sheave, so I can install a belt. The only way it will spread is if I rotate it AND use a prybar... which is a pain because wrapping the end of it in a rag to prevent scratches makes it hard to do, and I need at least one or two more arms to make it all work.

People just say, "you just have to push it." Yeah well I've tried that.. I can't budge it. Both clutches are this way... the old one, and the new one, so it's not just the tension from the newer spring. I don't get it.

I even bought a newer Team roller secondary that fits, but I need to make a spacer to align it properly. I may end up just doing that... it's one of the ones where you just put a bolt into a hole and it spreads the sheaves.
