track speed

what are you seeing for a track speed in the steep and deep. what are you riding

probally 40mph on a 800 doo.... and im talking about really deep and steep

Upper 40's to low 50's. '07 800R 159. 3-5000ft.

you should be getting more then 42 mph track speed on that sled.....

That's what the speedo showed, rode with a few others showing about the same. This in Togwotee area (7500-11000 ft. give or take)

40-45 mph. Stock driveline in 01 Summit 700 Highmark. 151x2 track. 19-45 gearing. Fresh springs and sliders in both clutches. 44 helix in secondary, which I think is stock. Bought it used so I'm not 100% sure.8000 rpm on clicker 5. I'm real pleased with it. I ride at 5-6000 ft.

yea i guess elevation would make a difference i dont think we go higher then 6000 but the 163 xp we ride with it pulls 60 mph in the steep and deep...
