How much noticible difference is there in tracks. I have an 07 Apex SE with BD-25 turbo with the shim. I'm an average rider who rides the whole season on hills, powder, packed and some trail snow. Not planning on climbing any knarly chutes. It's got the stock 162 Maverick. Is it really worth changing and how much seat of the pants difference will I feel on something like the Camoplast extreme or other track.

Yes there is a seat of the pants differents between the maverick and the camoplast extreme.

Yes there is a big difference!

If you want a big difference without spending a bunch of money flip your maverick around. It will make a dramatic difference but it will not brake as well as the extreme 2.5".

I switched to the extreme for this season, my maverick was so torn up it needed changing anyway.

Thanks Pastor, I've heard about flipping the Maverick around. Is this because of how it is made or because of how it bends through use.
