Alright, I figured I would ask in the cat section as both of my tracks I have/am intereted in are cat factory tracks.

On my yamadoo im currently running 10# of boost.. so call it what you will for HP. BUT here is my question. Im currently running an attack 20 in HC with a LOT of tips ripped off it.. kinda more like a 2" track instead of a 2.25" now. When i give the sled power from a stop it will dig like a SOB and then get going, but man, it trenches way bad and definately in the softer snow is my limiting factor. i was running around agains my buddies 900 poo 166 turbo and him running less boost and less power(you can definately feel it) his sled would eat mine up in the trees as I just was digging around in circles.

so now back to the question... thoughts on a 162 2.25 camo factory track? I know they work good on the lower powered sleds, just curious how they do under boost.

NO im not going to get a PC.. if i get a new track its gonna be a 162x3.. but dont feel like dumping those kinda $$ right now. just looking for an upgraded type track I could pick up for cheaper.

I would buy the pc head and shoulders about the cat challenger track. Mine is holding up great on my turbo M. They are very fast comming down hill though like you may have realized with the attack 20.

If you dont want to run a pc even a used one, i would strongly suggest the camo extreme. you should be able to find one those for a decent price in the swap meet.

Ive got a 162 pc that i stabbed early this year but could be fixed ill sell yah.
pm me if interested.

I had a 162 x 2.25 x 15 arctic cat challenger on my m1000. While it was stock I thought the track hooked up pretty good. Once I got over the 200 hp mark I found that the track just spun and spun. I couldn't get it to hook up. I went to the challenger extreme and it hooks up way better, and coming down hill this track brakes awesome. there's a few challenger extremes for sale in the swapmeet now and then but they go fast.
