160-290 pri spring
14.2 gr pin weight
Stock sec spring
Shockwave helix around 43*-44*
19t gear-I like this the best
8k-10k
I weigh around 225 with no gear.

This might not be the "perfect set-up, but for me it works very well and with the shockwave I can fine tune for different snow conditions and if I am running the trees or climbing or trail riding.
