I have not, but will be as soon as this season is over! I have a buddy that has though.....byeatts, he has built a many 860's and 880's.

I had them balance the clutch on my wifes sled they do a great job it made a huge difference it is actually smooth when it idles now. They are very reasonable and fast turn around time.

How far off are they usually? I have been messing around at work with mine.
Looks to be 12.5g off. Is that uncommon?
Seems like alot to me.

Yes I balance them complete. The tra are by far the worst clutches that I balance . I usually have to reindex the outside sheave to find the least amount of vibration and then drill to make it perfect. Sometimes they are off about 10 grams or more in the stock postions .

Brad is dead on with balance on the tra.

FWIW,,
I have 2 of Jamie Bellmans billet TRA 2's. both on turbo's at 340 +hp

You will NOT find a better clutch for a doo in the 400 hp and under range for the money.

Huge top end, smooth as Butta and absolutely no heat or distortion.

Brad, you owe it to yourself to get one ,, NO doo turbo guy will ever be as pleased with another clutch.

I've used Micro's, Hrp's, Stm and (Polar - toilet paper)..

Not ONE comes close to the biilet TRA 2 from JBR...

Be forwarned,,,,,,,
****************************************************************

there are 2 different depths of clutch bolt holes on the 1200 doo 4 stroke...
check before you bolt on how deep your's is.. a few have ruined their aftermarket clutchs due to the bolt NOT being SHORT enuf... clutchs rattle and wobble to death in just a few miles of riding..

I credit this mistake to the many failures in the first yrs with boost..NOT the clutch itself ,, the bolt being too long.
