As what little is left of the snow around here rapidly melts, my thoughts are turning to the local dunes more and all the great trails up in the mountains....
Both of these quads have some really nice features.

But which to get.

the can am looks pretty fast too i know the 800s are pretty powerful im sure theres a price difference probably on the can am side but if you got the extra $$$$ i would get the can am

Keep in mind that out of the box the Can-Am is actually faster than the Raptor. And you have 4wd!! IMO there is not a better ATV on the market if you want to do everything than the Renegade right now. And that is why I'm putting one in my garage this year!

Keep in mind that out of the box the Can-Am is actually faster than the Raptor. And you have 4wd!! IMO there is not a better ATV on the market if you want to do everything than the Renegade right now. And that is why I'm putting one in my garage this year!

You don't normally think of a 4x4 quad on the dunes.
BUT.

I saw one with FOUR PADDLE tires on it.
And the machine was UNSTOPPABLE going up the dune faces.
Wasn't always the fastest.
But it would just climb and climb and climb.

The guy driving it said the Power Steering made is SCARY EASY to maneuver!

That BRP quad is an $8000+ machine. I looked into getting one a couple years ago and I cannot fathom BRP coming in with a lower price. Chit, look at the price of their new sleds. Certainly not lower.
