Toyo tires

Not only is Nitto owned by Toyo, but they are made in the same factory. Choose which one you like the tread pattern the most, but quality wise they are the same.

I haven't had any Toyo truck tires but they make m favorite studless winter tire Toyo observe g2 for a car. They make a great all season car tire (an their performance tire proxes T1R is also a favorite of mine.

Have been happy with my Toyo MT's, 35 x 1250 x 18. On my F350 got about 65000 miles, am now on my second set. Good traction, relativiy quiet, smooth ride.

Well I ended up going with the Toyo M/T's. Couldn't get over the look of them, and thought they looked sweet with the black wheels.

This really looks nice! Ive been thinking about a 13 Dmax but the stock wheel/tire combo leaves me a little flat. On your tires did you mean 275/75r/18's? Are you running boards on your truck? I cant see any. The discount tire guy told me I could run 305/50/20's without a lift. Does that sound right? I just want my truck to look like yours and fill up the wheels wells. Any feedback would be great. Sorry for taking your thread off topic but it looked like you got your question answered tires.

Very nice looking truck! You will be happy.

Last set of 35x12.50R17s I had in Toyo MTs went 55k on a diesel. IMO, the Toyos are one of the best mud tires out there and look great.

Whoever said they don't last is an idiot.

I've heard people say that's the toyo's M/T are not that good in the snow/ice. That they are to hard. Any thoughts and comments on this.

I've never owned a pair but will be getting them next time I buy tires (3 months away)

I had two sets

(1) 35x12.50R17
(1) 35x12.50R18

I had them both siped and I thought they worked very well in the snow.

They are not Blizzaks, but get in some deeper snow and I thought they worked outstanding.

I didn't think they were bad in the ice at all.

I'm waiting on a set of Toyo A/T II look pretty awesome M/T was not the best on ice but no problem in snow.

I have toyo mtsnif you rotate them regularly, wear is great and I get mine sipes so they work great for winter time, mt with a sipe is just as good as the duratracs I ran last year.

Yes, I went with the 275/75/18's. It's pretty close when I turn, but there is no rubbing at all. You might be able to go a little bigger if you want to modify the wheel wells a little. I did put some running boards on the next day. Thought it helped with the look a little.

i loved the toyo open country mt's. i run an 03 ford f350, and put aprox. 45k miles on them over 3 years. 285/75 r16 load range E. I rarely found conditions that didn't suit those mud terains. they are tough as nails too! i can't count how many times i ran something over that would've flattened most other tires, i work construction, and the side walls are extra beefy too. almost like having a lug on the sidewall.

i couldve ran them one more winter, but choose to replace them with some Cooper At3's. i will have to keep an eye the road a bit closer now. :face-icon-small-win
