Towing Shocks

I recently replaced my Ford Ranger with a 2010 Chevrolet Colorado Crew Cab. I am thinking of upgrading the shocks on the Chevy. What brand of truck shocks is ideal for a towing truck?

You do not need special shocks to tow with a 2010 Colorado. It's low power level and general lack of capacity preclude heavy towing anyway. For a stock height suspension I like Bilstien 4600 series shocks, the yellow ones. For a slightly lifted truck I like the Bilstien 5100 series.

I keep reading that Billstein’s are the way to go; I’ll be using them on my 2500HD.
