TORS Code 84.. Danger

Is it unsafe to run a lefty throttle with the TORS still activated? I can think that if the lefty throttle stuck the throttle open it wouldn't engage the TORS, is this the concern? Or is there another reason?

its not unsafe.when you run the left hand throttle the chances of the tors kicking in is going to occur at the wrong time. then there you are stuck on a sidehill down in the trees when you need a full throttle whack to spin it around to the left and point back up hill and all ya get is bwaaaaaa nothing! sled either rolls into trees or stuck at the bottom. get rid of it and put a tether on. if the throttle sticks for some strange reason pop the tether and kill the engine!
