Torque Values

Does anyone know the torque for the cylinder and head bolts and nuts for a 03 1M? Thanks in advance.

The base nuts are 35-52 ft lbs
the head bolts are 23-28 ft lbs

And tightening sequence! Do you tighten in stages or to the max in one shot?

I all ways tighten in at least 2 stages working from the inside out.

Dont us a a 1/2 torque wrench for the head bolts its just not that acuarte and the lowest settings

I torque the head to 23 and the mains to 55
