torque specs

Just rebuilding my 2005 rev 800 and lost my service manual so don't have the torque specs for the 8 bolts that hold the cylinders to the cases and the bolts that hold the head to the cylinders. I have the torque sequence memorized just need the torque numbers

30 ft lbs. If memory serves correctly. Go to ski doo .com there on the microfiche, or call a dealer also.

just did my 08 xp, 35 for the cylinders and 21 for the heads....assuming they are the same

800HO is 29/30 on cylinders
800R is 39/40

all are 20/21 on head-BJ
