Torque specs for DD

When changing the bad DD bearing in the '09 M 8's what are the torque specs for all of the fasteners? 16mm main bolt holding the DD to the shaft, bolts holding the DD to the sled, and the bolts holding the DD cover on. Also, is lock-tite supposed to be used on any of these? Thanks in advance.

I asked BD-X what the 16 mm torque spec is they said 110 ft/lbs, but they have not tighten them that much.

I want to say the cover bolts are 12 ft/lbs but I will try to find my papers to check that. There has been talk about they strip out easy.

As far as locktite, they way I look at it. If they had loctite on them I put some on when reinstalling them.

I just tore out my DD last night and did not torque anything. I used the blue removable loctite on all bolts. And tighten to feel.

Below is taken from the Arctic Cat Torque Specs

Gear case cover 11 ft/lbs

Gear case/chassis 20 ft/lbs (5/16-in)

Driveshaft/Brake Disc Retaining Nut 120 ft/lbs

Gear Case drain Plug 30 ft/lbs
