Z zrt1000 Member Oct 28, 2009 #2 10 ft/lbs for water manifolds 20 ft/lbs for head bolts 30 ft/lbs for cylinder bolts tighten in 3 step increments i.e for 20 ft/lbs go 6ft/lbs the 13 ft/lbs then 20 ft/lbs
