Torque Spec For Primary?

My service manual says different ...

2007 Ski-Doo service manual states 66ft/lb, run and brake 5 times, 70 ft/lb  What manual are your specs from skippyh2o?

Oh I was mistaken the BRP 2007 spec says 66 foot pounds first torque and 70 foot pounds second torque. I will stick with 80 foot pounds.

the service manual for the 08s says to torque to 89 lbft. excelerate at low speed not to exceed 20mph and hit the brake 5 times and torque to 89lbft again.

The torque on the xp is higher then the older sleds because it is a taperd shaft instead of a splined shaft.

TRA's have had taper fit since '05.

I would like to know the torque spec for the bolt that holds primary clutch on, from a 2007 Summit 800.

2008 BRP manual

07 800r is the same as 08 and 09 800r.
The 05's have taper on the end of the crank, but isn't the shaft between the two sheaves splined?
I don't know alot about the older rev's. 08 xp is my first doo.

You got it. Except all the newer TRA's have a taper between the halves also.
