Torque lbs on rt head?

I got a video on a 800 head and said torque to 11 lbs first then down to 21 lbs. Is it the same on the RT? Thanks.

I always torq my heads down in a double fashion But I think the Torqe on the RT is 19 But I torqed my heads a couple over anyway.
