Top end bog issue.

Sleds runs great with no dET and seems pretty spot on. BUT! There is always a but... Ive got a really baaaad bogging problem, just suddenly was there after parking the sled one night, and firing it up the next day. If i ride at cruise and high cruise it works great, but when im at WOT it runs great for 1-2sec but goes into a huge bog, like it seems to be running on only one cylinder. If i let the gas off and pin it again works great for 1-2sec, then same thing happens. What could be wrong?

Sled is a 2011 Pro Rmk with 2011 Silber turbo kit.
 
On my bros Silber pro we were hitting rev limiter really bad but it was only showing max rpm of 8400. We added weight in 2gram increments til it went away. Even when we would add 2 grams each time it would still show 8400 til we finally got to 8300 and the issue went away
 
Doubt that it's the rev limiter im hitting, pushing WOT it goes to a max of 8300 then goes fast down to around 7900-8100rpms. Will try adding more weight to it and see. :)

But isnt green blue the amount of fuel per psi? My a/f ratio is at 12.3-12.15 at wot before it bogs out.

Thanks, will check for leaks :) Im holding a button on the plugs tough, since I did notice a huge difference when opening the plug gap a little. But will check for leaks to :)
 
Dont know, im using Br9ecs plugs at the moment because there isnt any around with the br9eix plugs. Then took the br9ecs and increased the plug gap by around 1mm which helped alot, but i reduced it to stock again after I changed my head.
 
Just a quick quesion. In the descripion Justin give, he writes to gap down the plug gap to .025 -.022, what measurements are these numbers in? We use metric so it would be nice to have it in cm or mm. :)

I just looked at the NGK web site and it says .020 of an inch is equal to .6MM and .100 of an inch is equal to 2.4MM. So .024 of an inch is equal to .61MM. I just googled it and thats the answer I got. So .025 - .022 is thousands of an inch..
 
Your problem is not Enought air flow under the hood..

Try to take away snow on your hood, and retest.

The sled is almost on choke after few sec, since its no air left.

100% its your problem
 
Just and update, tried the sled today without the right panel, same thing still happens. But when riding on the road it worked good, no bogging at wot, but it seemed like when i drove off into the snow again, same thing happens!

Could this be because of a boost leak like you said? Since it works on the road when the track runs free without traction, and on the snow it gets traction which makes the engine run heavier and boost leaks out before the engine?

Hadnt time to check after a possible boost leak today, so have to check it tomorrow.

can you see what you are running for boost....???? I went and bought a electric boost guage , since i'm running low boost I had a custom boost guage made 0 - 10 PSI and I can see 4.5 PSI and my guage. With the one that came with the kit it wouldn't even more...The needle would bounce around...
