One of my riding partners just got a new sled. We usually ride at about 9-10,000 alt. Post your mod experiences. We'd appreciate it. I know he's getting a Team clutch and jackshaft.

bored carbs = waste of time and perfectly good carbs.
head, y pipe, can, airbox mods and the new 377 belt. mine runs very, very strong, no regear and back to factory pin weight! runs on clicker 2 up top and 1 down low! gotta love it!
I work at a Doo shop and ride the demo XP. Now if I owned one, I would definately get a different jackshaft.....but put a Cat secondary on it.
Drill and weld the driveshaft.
Gear down with the proper gears(if you've seen some of the deflection on some sleds you'd know)
Pipe and Can(I prefer CPI right now)
Terra Alps Head and y-pipe
Quick Clickers
600RS Airbox
Float Evols up front
Holz Rear skid
Holz gas rack

Some bling.
Jackshaft is not a mod, its warrantied. The TEAM is a waste of big cash IMO.
