I was having a little issue with my Rave Valves closing on my '08 Skidoo XP and called Tom's Snowmobile on Monday night around 5:30 P.M. Left a message and thought that I would have to call back tomorrow during the day because they probably went home. That same night (Monday) around 6:15 P.M. I got a phone call back from Andy the service mechanic apologizing for calling back so late and asked what they could do for me. I told them my problem and Andy said he could get me in anytime W-F. I said I could be there at 10:00 A.M. on Wed. Today I drove up the hill and got there early, around 9:15 A.M. Andy had my sled fixed and done in a little less than an hour from taking it off the truck and putting it on. While I was waiting Tom was more than friendly answering any questions I had about big bores, turbo kits, clutching, and suspension ideas. When I was leaving Tom came out to my truck and said that if I wasn't in a hurry I could come check out what he is doing to with Fox Shocks, Rear Suspensions, and his in shop Dyno in his personal workshop. I couldn't pass that up and looked at his set ups for at least another 40 minutes. To say the least I am very impressed with what he is doing. I had a great experience up there and will not hesitate to give them a call again. Tom runs a first class business. I suggest anyone who is in the market to give them a call.
