Spring time in Wyoming, nothing else in the world is like it 
Was driving from Casper to Laramie last thursday, blue skies and decent wind when I left casper. Didn't think anything of it. Hit the Shirley Basin Rim and it was a white-out all the way to Bosler. Not because of actualy precipitation, but because the wind had kicked it into highgear and was moving all the snow already on the ground, you could look up and see blue sky and look forward and not even see two reflector poles in front of you.
My roomate and I are discussing a trip up to Tog if things work out right sometime in the next few weeks.
