My son and I are going to ride Tog and go to hill climb next week during spring break. Normally ride the Snowies but have always wanted to try this area out and since it will be harder to ride together in the future decided to do it now. We will be staying at Crooked Creek GR riding the 19-21 and then hill climb on the 22.
Any info about riding Tog or hill climb would be appreciated. Biggest ?? are for the hill climb. What time to get to town for best parking? Where to park? What to bring? What to expect?
Appreciate any comments and am looking forward to some father/son bonding time.

The earlier the better, chairs, binoculars, sun screen, coats...it could be sunny and 45 degrees one minute and snowing sideways the next. Bring cash, you can ride the chairlift up and watch from the hill. They start the races at 9. Also there are alot of venders set up at the bottom of the hill, food, drink and sledding products so lots to do hope you can stay for more than one day. Come and enjoy.

We will be staying at Lava mountain from sat the 16th to Friday the 22nd and head into Jackson for the hill climbs ..We will leave our trailers at Lava and stay 2 Nights in Jackson ...We did the hill climbs last year and its a great time ...Make sure you take the chair lift up top its worth it ...We didnt have to much trouble parking in Jackson ....I would not recommend you f]driving back and forthh from CC though its a long drive ....BTW we will be 8 maybe 9 Sleds going ...

boatingbent maybe we'll cross paths while there. Never been to Tog and we were told by friends about LML but they didn't have sleds for rent. We will be riding a black Pro and a Doo rental or 2 doo rentals if my Pro gets sold before then. We are just going to hill climbs one day. Originally we were going to ride 1 more day then found out when the hill climb was and figured we better check it out while we were that close. Hope to see you in some powder

Lets see we will be 4 Polaris Switchback 144s , One 136 polaris Rush and the rest will be Ski Doo`s ...Kinda sounds like if we wanna try and find some powder best place to find it will be around the Lava CC area ...But we always end up going to Tog Lodge and also Austin`s peak behind Brooks Lake

website says. to help with over parking near the event there will be free shuttle service from town square.
X2 on the chairlift. gettin amped up. hope the snow is holding up out there.

river rider, we'll be at CCGR. arriving on the 18th. heading to the hillclimb for fri. and sat. if you have never been there, you won't believe it. a great time. my son has been at CC since the first week in jan. i've ridden 1000 miles there this winter and we always find untracked or fresh powder, just gotta look a little. CC is a very friendly atmosphere and alot of fun. hope to see you there.

there will be six of us riding thurs. and fri. going to jackson on sat. this will be our first time at cc but have been to the hillclimb several times. 5 skidoo's and one turbo yamaha. we have never ridden around cc so might need some direction. trails are for walking on when you run out gas !! see you there.

we used to go to Tog and ride and tune the sleds and then show up to Jackson for the hillclimb... it was some of our best times racing
