I would not recommend Fairview. No base cost me my whole front left. About 3 ft where we were just trying to find a spot where the wind had deposited more snow but didn't make it that far. Btw the high was 0 there and I am guessing the wind chill was -30. Bunny hill was completely blown dry and we didn't make it to where we thought we would actually find the goods
