To sway or not to sway.

Has anyone removed the sway bar on their Pro? Always did it on the Gen 1s and Gen 2s. Did it on the Dragon with a crappy Air Walker Evans and that was a bad idea. Since we are not flat landers, would it make side hilling easier? What do you all think?

Side hilling is not hard on the stock Pro. Easiest sled to side hill that I've ever been on. That being said I removed my sway bar on my 2013 only because I have Exit X1's on my 2013. I haven't had enough time on it to say yeah or nay.

Unless you revalve your shocks I'd leave it in. I found the sled handled better with it in, to soft without.
I'm also running x1's this year so will be running without, but with the stockers I think the swaybar is a must

im running the zbroz 36" a arms this year so i cant run the swaybar. I expect trail handling to suffer but i dont buy a sled to ride it on the trail. I dont see how it could suck in any sort of fluff without the sway bar. Im running the stock shocks also. time will tell.

With it out, on off camber and near tree wells, the sled will want to roll over on you. Actually handles the side hill better because the shock is not compressed. Leave it in and tighten down the springs on the front shocks, the Pro loves it and so will you.

Yep, That's what the Dragon did. Thanks for the post.

I tried it both ways and personally I liked it better without. One thing to note though is I have Holtz revalves with the reseviors added, this may make a difference. I didn't take the sway bar out till I got the revalves. ( not saying it wouldn't work on stock valving though). I think a lot of it is personal preference.
