Thinking of installing an RKT 827 big bore kit on an 04 Rev but i am not sure about reliability if it blows up my season would be over. I am not scared to run race fuel as i am already doing that for a saftey factor. Is there any other good Kits made in Western Canada?

how could your season be over? it only takes a day to put a motor togather. if you get it dialed right the first time the reliability should be the same. make sure your not lean or over reving and it should run fine. just as reliable as stock which is ?????, you never know there either.

If your in CA stay in CA and go with The Sled Shed, Split Second or Terra Alps...I think they make one for the HO. You don't want to deal with shipping costs and customs.

Just to answer a few of your concerns.
The 827 (really an 830) has been around since 2001. It is extremely reliable. It runs on 91 octane (unless you request race fuel). So, fill up at the local pump!
It also has the record at Dyno Tech Research (independent Dyno facility) for the highest HP Ski Doo twin 800 on pump gas with a single pipe.. there have been may of these engines pass thru DTR and all make at least 170HP
