Titanium a arms reliability?

Is any one else having trouble with reliability of their ti a arms. I now have broke 3 lower a arms in less then 500 miles. This last one busted coming off a 2 foot snow bank and landing on the trail at 5 mph. It's not dented or anything it just snapped like a twig.(right where the shock mount is welded to the tube)
Do some ti a arm manufactures use thicker material or do they all use the same thickness.

Ti Arms

I went through 2 sets of uppers and lowers after submarining rocks while carving pow on two different occasions.:tsk: I was using Alternative Impact, and told him after the second incident that I thought they were designed too light, but he insisted that heavier guage material wouldn't be practical.:twitch: I have since switched to ZBroz arms, and they have proven to be much stronger, and capable of surviving high speed hits from stumps and rocks,...unfortunately I put them through this test more often than I care to,...but still haven't managed to bust 'em up!:hail:

My last 2 lower a arms that have broke had less then 100 miles on them total. The first one had maybe 3 miles on it.
I like lightness but I don't like sacrificing reliability to get it. Looks like a set of CR racing chrome moly a arms in my future. Anybody need 2 Diamond S titanium upper a arms like new. I sell cheap..
