Tips on putting in o rings

Can anyone tell me what tricks they use to put in the new o rings in the head...i have been told some people use dildatic grease...and such or even freeze them

Parker O-ring Lube or simply Carmex Lip Balm out of my pocket.

Yes! You don't want the o'ring rolling out of the groove when you install the head.

I dont use anything. I put 2-3 finger from each hand in the center of the O-ring then roll my hands and put slight outward pressure on the O-rings and stretch them to the correct size, do it lightly and check then maye add more pressure. just do it evely and slowly increas the pressureuntil you get what you need.
