Boston I think your 50% right the kit is designed to seal as it comes apart not spring loaded tight where it doesn't have a sealing surface or doesn't quite reach it. The springs aren't the answer. But they aren't blowing loose under pressure either
aceterex its not a sore subject just wish things were sealed better or differently
I've put alot of miles on this kit but its never "ran" it backfires often has a decent amount of bog but not too irritating, sometimes it has the notorious dead spot of the cfi4 and has sent me down in places I don't want to be.
Wish there were a tuner around here for some phyical tuneing help

how does a fuel controller fix a leaking o ring or a broken primary spring? well i guess this way i could tune it to run with malfunctioning hardware.
