Why???
Those running boards look a little beat up?????
Looks like you may want to order the new 13's

fix

just constantly trying to get the charge air to stop leaking and maby build some boost one of these times, trying different o rings trying different ways if keeping the airbox on, fixing sensors, blew a head o ring i think this time got a pretty dirty coolent bottle. going to try a 90 durometer this time.
but my cylinders do look real good, no streaks and still has good crosshatch at 1100 miles

dm

dosnt really matter whos kit it seems to me that these things take so much maintainance its counter productive. maintainance has left me behind four times this year waiting for parts or just running out of time to assemble it
i really wish i would have went big bore again

ot

probably the oil tank,

i did use springs this last time too but its not the answer. its designed to seal as its pullung apart i think. when its sucked togather with springload the o rings arent sealing, i think?

All our kits are installed with the bolt just like Justin sends. I have run 16 pounds and never had an oring leak. It is possible the spring allowing the box to move too much is chaffing the orings causing them to fail? The only oring damage we have seen is when removing the airbox or getting them pinched installing them.

Time

It's probably more work than you'd want to do, but here's what I did. Problem solved.

I have not had mine hold me back even 1 minute this year. Other than checking the turbo oil a few times I haven't touched a thing. I haven't had to touch the control box, mess with clutching or anything. It's all been pull and go..... Well, mixing race fuel and premium fuel, then pull and go.
I'm sure kit does really matter. I have seen some kits that are constantly having troubles and other kits that run really well. I was just asking about your's cause I was curious. Not sure why that would be a sensitive subject for you but I hope you get it ironed out. This year has sucked for almost everyone because of the snow so maybe it's not the worst year to get the kinks worked out. Good luck!

Boston I think your 50% right the kit is designed to seal as it comes apart not spring loaded tight where it doesn't have a sealing surface or doesn't quite reach it. The springs aren't the answer. But they aren't blowing loose under pressure either
aceterex its not a sore subject just wish things were sealed better or differently
I've put alot of miles on this kit but its never "ran" it backfires often has a decent amount of bog but not too irritating, sometimes it has the notorious dead spot of the cfi4 and has sent me down in places I don't want to be.
Wish there were a tuner around here for some phyical tuneing help

arrived

All right my o rings just got here! Now I realize I have a broken primary spring love that.
