Hi, just sending out an update for our 2016-17 Rental season. We have added two more new KTM 450's to our rental operation, all on new TS units. As such we will have two ST's and two LT's for this season. All of our KTM bikes feature hand guards, bar risers, skid plates, thermobob thermostats, spare gas jug and the TSS Strut system, ..and of course Electric start.

We deliver the bikes to the Trail Head and pick them up at the same location. Bikes are ready to go full of gas for your day of Snow Biking.

Depending on low elevation snow levels we are hoping to start rental operations in time for the US Thanks Giving Weekend. Give us a call at the Shop to book your reservation.

We will offer the same deal as last season, Rent a snow bike for the day, if you want to purchase a kit after your rental, we will apply your day's rental fee as a down payment on your purchase.

Update..

Just a conditions update for our riding area and my proposed rental start date.

I had to go up on Boulder yesterday for a Sled Recovery mission. As it stands until we get a huge dump of snow, we will not be offering our Snow Bike Rentals for this US Thanks Giving Weekend. The trails do not have adequate snow as yet due to unseasonably warm conditions with rain instead of snow. The upper elevation snow conditions are also poor to hazardous due to the same reasons, with open drainage's everywhere.

We will be hoping for snow such that we can get this season rolling. We will update when the conditions change.

Update

Time for a 2017/18 season rental update.

We are finally getting some low elevation snow such that riding a snow bike from the staging area parking lots will be good. We received a 4" dusting late last week which forced the Club to close vehicle access on the FSR roads and to stage only at the parking lots. Unfortunately there wasn't much snow for the first 3 or 4 km's. We just received 5" or 6" last night and our forecast is showing snow all day again tomorrow.

With these recent accumulations the 17/18 Rental season is finally good to go.
