Timbersled in the Denver area?

Anyone in the Denver area with a Timbersled MH setup willing to let me try it out?

I picked up a Explorer kit for cheap and rode it for the first time yesterday. What an absolute blast. After reading how bad the Explorer kit is, I was pleasantly surprised how well it did in the deep stuff. The terrain wasn't very steep so I think that contributed to the kits performance.

Now all I can think of is how much fun a Timbersled setup would be and would like to try one out. I'm almost convinced enough to buy a Timbersled kit without trying it first.

I bought my Timbersled MH kit without test riding one I wanted too but it just did not work out so after missing out on a kit last winter I got one of the last ones sold in 2011. I can tell you this, it has been such a great purchase I just have a complete blast with it. KTM 530 EXCR. here is a link to our last ride on Friday at Mt. Baker

Well, I bit the bullet and bought one. Considering how much fun I had on the Explorer kit I don't see how I could go wrong with the MH. Now I just need to convince some people around here to get one as well.

Let them ride your once and the infection will spread lol. Congrats on becoming a MH owner-rider you will not regret it.
So now you are going to want to get a new front ski cause the stock one sucks I have been riding on the Curve Industries ski and really like it (Curve XS) I have a write up in here someplace.

I just spent a bunch of moolah on a MH kit, now I need to spend another $300 on a ski. You guys are evil.

I think I'll wait to see if Allen gets his new ski made next year. It sounds like it will be the ticket.

Hey Allen, need any help on that ski? Can do it all in house. Would probably be willing to take trade in MH kits..... Current Single Ski rider.... Made Simmons first ski mold.....

Ya after riding the Curve xs ski it kinda makes you wonder why they are selling the Simmons ski with there kits. I have a couple other guys I know that bought MH kits this year and actually almost sold them just because how crappy the stock ski is. Now they have the Gen 2 modded and like it better on trail for sure but they still have to take off the pro billet moto attachment when in powder because it loads up, kind of a pain in the *** if you ask me. I swapped out bikes and tried it and it did fine in the deep stuff but I feel the Curve did just as well in the deep and better on trail and all I did was bolt it on and go. :peace:

Congrats! Let's meet up sometime and ride Rabbit Ears or Flat Tops. We have a couple of MH's here on the western slope.
