Timbersled front suspension for boosted RX-1????

I would like to know if this is a good option. I have a holz on now with a bent spindle and a bent bottom A arm. Was sent a new replacement from holz but does not match and they will not make me one to match.
Thought I would just swap the whole thing out? And put some PH skis on it. Or 10" simmons?
Can anyone give me some advice on the timbersled option and what width to go with. Standard is 39 1/2" from them.
I have the fox air shocks. and 162 camo with a holz rear suspension. I would like to improve on pow and still have a sled that cuts on the trail. Thanks:D

I personally would stay with 39.5, I like to boondock, if you are a shoot climber and are always coming down hairy chit, you might opt for the wider stance. Know a few guys with the Barkbuster on Apex's and Rx's and seem to be very happy, look sweet too, especially with the chromed spindles.

It is a good all around set up , shim out the A arms properly and ride we have had no problems with them, as long as you use the Yamaha mounting bolts and shim the a arms to the bulkhead your in fine shape.
That was a problem with the early set-ups with different mounting hardware.
I really like mine on the TRX1 and all the other Guys with boosted Apexes work great.
I ran mine for a while with the skis widened out and it does make a difference in real bad descends ( coming of stupid places)
I prefer the centre setting for all around riding though and have no plans to go wider again.

Talked with Alan at Timbersled today. Nice guy full of information. Looks like a month wait for the kit though. Looks like I am going to have to buy a spindle to get going. The snow is calling. Can't take it any more. Thanks for all the input.:D
