Throttle pulse

I just took my 06 m7 out for a ride today and it seemed to have a pulse in throttle when i was pinned at higher elevation (7000 feet). It would only do it once i was higher up (7000 feet), if i held it pinned(7700rpm) it would do it for about 1 minute then go away till i stopped and pinned it again or shut off the machine. The sled has the following mods d&d y pipe, d&d pipe, d&d can, 2.5 timing key, clutch work and boondockers box and nos. I dont know how to work the boondocker box at all i just got the sled and iv never used a box before.

that sled should turn 8000+ rpms sounds like its not clutched right not sure why it is pulsing my bikeman 800 did that also every once in awhile so i too would like to know

i think either it was searching for rpm from the clutch being hot and belt being hot or maybe it was running out of fuel well not out but low just an idea
