Throttle block problems

Just wondering if any of you are having problems with your throttle block? I have to pack a screwdriver and a Allen key every ride because everytime I do a 3 foot drop...the Darn thing pops apart. I replaced the whole throttle block and still having the same problem? Did I get two duds in a row.....and no I'm not setting the Allen key lock screw too tight

Any help would be much appreciated

Just stop doing 3 foot drops:face-icon-small-hap Go bigger:face-icon-small-coo

Never had that problem. Are you putting your body weight into it when landing or something?

The RSI block is nice, but should come with a new block off plate that allows for the throttle safety switch wires to be retained. Otherwise, the user has to modify the small plastic factory piece.

No modifications needed. Bolt on plug and play!

I just installed an rsi block on my pro, well made piece but there's a lot of vertical slop in the lever now, I'll have to find some more washers to go under it.

Also have the RSI block... went to hardware store for a few more tiny washers to add to the stack that Polaris already has on there.

Works very well...and TSS fits/works.

Same problem on one of our 13's .... may have to invest in a billet block.
