hey there guys, i'm thinking it might be time for me to get away from the 2 stroke scene and try out what some call the cats meow of sleds.
i am looking at a nytro ( not sure of used or new), but i was wondering about extra goodies.... if i was to go with a t-nytro, from reading the forums, i'd go with a MCX kit (270), but what is the feeling about the other stuff? aka: tunnel, skid, front a-arms, tunnel dump, etc. just looking for information as to what i should do to the sled from the get-go to have a reliable yet still got the jam for climbing and playing in the clearings.
thanks in advance for the info.... all appreciated!

Welcome to the brotherhood.
The Nytro may well be the most modable sled out there!
The sky is really the limit on what you can do!!

To be honest, the stock Nytro isn't a bad sled. There are a lot of things you can do to improve it though. You can build it to anything you want to do, boondock, climb chutes, and everything in between! IMO the biggest thing you'll need out of the box is a skid. On that note, you can pick your poison Timbersled, KMOD, EZ-ride, racers edge...to name a few. There have been several good threads on the good/bad/ugly to all of the skids on the market.

Check out this sticky located at the top of the section:

There are a bunch of threads that cover a majority of the modifications to your Nytro, so that should give you a good start.
