Thinking about buying Klim gloves...

I use cheap leather work gloves that are insulated. Usually use two or three pair during the day and have one pair of nice gloves "the expensive ones" that I keep dry and use for the ride back to the cabin or truck. Note I dont have hand warmers. No need to waist money on three pairs of $100 gloves when in the end they will end up wet if you are pulling people out or getting yourself unstuck. My $0.02.

Me too, it has always been nice to have grip. 3 pairs = dry and cheap!! Plus always good for work...besides my Klim gear and FXR boots always do the job!:beer;:beer;

Do TAG gloves run the same sizes as klim powercrosses? What model of TAG gloves do you guys use?

Lots to choose from but I'm thinking I'll buy another pair of Pinnacles from Cabelas. Warm, waterproof and on sale for $40. The ones I have now have been through 4 years of winter abuse. Not built specifically for snowmobiling but they work well.:beer;

I highly doubt anybody who has owned both the t.n.a.'s (or true adventure or whatever they are called now) and the klim togwotees would say the klims are the best glove out there. I had 2 pairs of togs, they were ok, kinda bulky, and if you took the liners out they were too big and loose fitting for me. And they fell apart each after one season. I'm on my second pair of t.n.a.'s, not because they fell apart but because I lost one:mad:. They are the best I've ever owned period. every bit as warm as togs and way more comfy, much less bulky, really good cuff and good grip.

I also have the powercross, I think they cost too much for what they are. They are o.k. on non deep pow days because they are fairly lightweight but are not very warm and don't have a good powder cuff so you get snow up your arm and in the glove, and if you play in the pow they get iced up and really slippery, then get super cold. But for non pow days I like cheapo moto x gloves, so I stopped packing the powercross with me

4yrs wearing Klim Togs. Best gloves Ive ever owned. once you break them in they become perfectly curved to your grip and pack out where you want. Also gore-tex is the way to go, as long as you take care of them, you don't get wet. if you do return them. Cabelas also has some good one (gore-tex) that are 40 bucks just a little bulky.

I run the powercross gloves and they have been great for me. No issues. I carry as back up Mechanics Gloves from Lowes. They have some new one s this season that are windproof as well as water proof. They fit great.. I am going to give them a try off an on. $24.00...

My favorite gloves are the Storm gloves, I use them 90% of the time. I have one pair that are 4 years old that I use at work now.
I also have a pair of the powder storm gloves, for when it gets really cold, but I don't like using them when I am doing any boondocking as the little drawstring thingy can catch on trees and such, and I have been pulled off of my sled once and had one glove ripped off my hand once from the drawstring getting hung up.

I also had a couple pair of Klim gloves as backups, but last year we had a newbie riding with us that had cheap gloves and he was freezing so I gave him my Klim gloves.

No way am I giving my Storm gloves away!

Another good glove is the Scott (designed by Reima) Warrior. I am not positve they still make it. In some conditions I like them better than my True Adv. gloves. A little bulkier, but also a little warmer. The biggest advantage over every other glove I have tried is their gator design. They have an inner and outer gator that keeps snow out without having to tighten and loosen a draw string all the time like the TAG gloves require. Don't get me wrong though I love my TAG gloves as well.
