First ride in deep snow today, and it was great. The 25 155x3.25 boost ran really strong.

New throttle assembly is just awesome. In constant over-the-hood conditions like today the old stock block would've been a nightmare within minutes. New throttle only got a little obstructed once with snow frozen between the flipper and grip after 3h following a brief snack break.
25 brake is excellent. Better than 23, similar to 22. And of course the 24 brakes were a thing to forget.
New running boards shed snow much better.

Cooling seems to be a bit worse on this sled than 23/24 but time will tell. Was running 125F for much of the day while slowly breaking trail in deep snow- usually that kind of riding is <110F on my other boost.

Snowmobiling is awesome. Hope the P-22 stays on this one.

Love hearing this!

Good job Polaris they needed a year without problems especially the self inflicted ones like last years hyfax debacle

Gah how could I forget that one... what a bad dream 24 was with hyfax ripping off because they were too cheap to put $20 of plastic on the front of the rails.

Typical: told us it was a new design and better, no need for caps. Then warranty/recall notice to add them after we all paid ice age for them a year ago. What a joke!

I don't remember reading about any changes to the cooling system for '25. Did I miss something?

Your throttle hasn’t been in the right snow conditions yet if you don’t roll your sled over much will probably less of an issue if your brakes are good you got lucky
Spent 3 days in revy last weekend riding 18-24” of fresh, sled was rolled many, many times and I never had any throttle issues on my 23 boost. I don’t run hand warmers unless I’m on the trail so maybe that’s why I’ve never had a throttle issue on any Polaris sled.

I can't figure out why only some get the issue. I have the most Polaris miles of anyone in my group but never had an issue. About half of the other Polaris riders have had it happen. Either way, it happens too often and the fix is over due. Fix seems solid.

There was never officially an issue with the brake but the '22 had almost 0 play before engagement and it was awesome. Future years had squish added, likely because of the brake recall. Glad they took most of it back out

22 and 23 were awesome. I was one of the unlucky ones on the 24. A complete joke.
What issues did you have on the 24? I have a 24 that runs amazing but only put 300 miles on it. So I know I’m probably riding a ticking time bomb. I think I’m gonna put the p85 clutch on it for some reliability 🤷🏻‍♀️

My issue was just with the brake. It sucks. Hits my fingers without gloves. Had it at dealer and been on phone with polaris. I'm over it. It's the world we live in. You need me more than I need you..

I said the same thing until I had the right amount of somewhat wet snow and 3 out of 3 of us nearly smacked trees with a stuck throttle within 20 minutes of getting off the trail, even meadow bashing was sketchy and once it started we couldn't make it go away. We all went home and bought TKI throttle blocks, solved it for us. Granted it was more like 60" of fresh heavyish snow, 24" probably isn't enough to cause issues consistently. Its well worth getting a better throttle block on 24. There's a reason they fixed it on the 25.
