They pulled another fast one...please help stop it!

Apparently not a lot of people are calling their Representatives. This is seriously going to screw us up having our government involved in health care more than it already is. They can't handle ANYthing responsibly. PLEASE call your Reps right now and tell them you don't want Health Care fast-tracked through! Even my own Lefty senator on the committee for this thing wants to slow it down and he WANTS socialized medicine!
This is part of the info I got.

"LAST NIGHT, House and Senate Democrats struck a back-room deal
that puts socialized healthcare on the fast track as part of
Obama's massive, tax-increasing budget.

The budget resolution now moves to the floor of the House and
Senate for final votes that could take place any time in the
next 48 hours.

This back-room deal means Democrats will only need 50 votes
to pass socialized healthcare (not the normal 60 votes),
and any real debate will be stifled.

Both the House and the Senate are expected to vote within hours --
most likely to coincide with Obama's 100th day as a gift to the
leader of the radical shift to socialism.

Again, Democrats know they cannot get 60 votes in the Senate
to pass socialized healthcare, so they are manipulating the
process to require only 50 votes later this year.

A handful of Senate Democrats will decide!

Of course, liberal media are SILENT on this because they are in
bed with the socialists. We could lose the battle for our nation
THIS WEEK if we do not take a stand."

I haven't heard anything about this. . . I dont' believe they could even figure out how to implement something like this so quickly. hmmm. I dont' trust the big O. Not to mention we have no way to pay for it. Not all dems are for socialized medicine either.

They are fast tracking all of Obama's plans.
They don't want the general public to have any time to actually find out what this stuff is about or what the ramifications will be.

Update on Fasttracking:
"Late yesterday afternoon [4/29], the Senate passed the Obama budget
with massive tax increases, a doubling of the national debt
and fast-track provisions for socialized healthcare.

The vote was 53-43, which means we fell just four votes short
of stopping it.

Yesterday, we identified the 12 key Democrats who had voiced
opposition to fast-tracking. Several specifically signed a
letter opposing use of this procedural trickery to pass the
carbon tax and "Roll Call" magazine said many of these also
opposed fast-tracking for healthcare.

In all, 9 of the 12 we identified voted in favor of fast-tracking
socialized healthcare..."
