kind of difficult when it does not exist.Kenya or wherever his father is from is a 3rd world country and probibally does'nt issue them. I was under the impression that birth certs were concidered a mater of public record(not unlike property taxs and any number of oher things)

Since he is active military I would suspect the uniform code of military justice is what he needs to rely on, I am not familiar with it but I hope he is. As for the other suits the courts will continue to rule no standing as the only persons who had proper standing were the state electors themselves or the Senate, good luck there. Now the electors have cast there votesw the only road left would be impeachment, really good luck on that. I think were stuck with him but lets not let it happen again. swampy
I like these sites best. This one wins the "best website explaining the evidence" award IMO. The attorney is Phil Berg (the lifelong Democrat lawyer suing BO http://www.obamacrimes.info/) On the far left column click on "just the facts" and it lists all the stuff they have that shows all the contradictions and mounting evidence in an easy to read summary.
I like this suit because it seems like it might have more "teeth." In fact I just hooked this lawyer up with a well respected expert on Constitutional Law. Mario Apuzzo is the attorney and another soldier just joined as a plaintiff. This complaint has as defendants BO, Pelosi, Cheney and Congress for not properly vetting BO before the electoral college, but making McCain jump through hoops.

Having spent the better part of my adult life in the military I not would want to be in these boys position without a lot of brass stars on my side (gold oak clusters are not enough brass) Ft Leavenworth KS is not a nice place to end up.I would think resignation of commision for the reasons stated would have been the better choice than the brigg.
Keep in mind that facts don't matter any more. Just how he says them
this should be taken care of before he ran for any kind of office. do we really know who this guy is. and do the rules not apply to him. and where is my free squishee i was promised.
