Them Damn scooters

Does anyone else hate this scooter crap, they got these scooter on the roads that only run 30mph at best. Then some fat azz decides to buy one and only goes 20mph, why are them damn things on the road ways to begin with? Buy a Motorcycle, the fact motorcycle are much cooler and can still do the speed limit with fat azzes on them!

And go buy a bumper sticker, do not cut a picture of obama out and tape it on your homo scooter. for F-Sake

Oh man, there is this fat chick that every night is running down the diaginal and slows traffic WAY down because she keeps swerving into traffic.
If you ride it on the road you should have to get a license.

Ok, maybe some people like the fact that they don't go as fast as a motorcycle. That's the very reason I never got a street bike and never will. I'm not afraid of speed and that's my problem... I will get myself in trouble. But people should at least make an attempt to go the speed limit so they aren't creating a traffic hazard. And yes, I think the scooters are lame.

i got no problem with someone riding one as long as they can keep up with traffic and obey the laws and ride responsibly as I'm expected to do... i personally wouldn't ride one though did consider it for ride back and forth to the train station as it was only a mile, got a cheap bicycle instead...

I agree.. I look at them as a deathtrap, who would want to ride something that doesnt even have enough power to get out of the way of itself..

those things are bad. there was one last yr that pulled out infront of me on a 55 mph road. very irratating I had my lifted silverado maybe a foot off his scooter... then what else a cop sees me.... i shoulda just burped the gas and ran the f@g over. They need to make them illegal, around here theres some people that shouldn't be driving cars bacause of their age so now they get on one..

Live in a college town...

I actually have honestly thought about one for around town/campus. I would probably spend a little more money and get one that can go 50 MPH or so.

The little ones are popular because under a certain CC you don't need a motorcylce endorsement.

I see so many college aged girls driving them around town this year.

Whizzing along with no helmet and their elbows down by their knees.....and VERY likely no motorcyle endorsement. In montana if it's above 90cc (I THINK) you have to have one an endorsement.

Hey now I got one. I drive to work 3 miles every day in the summer and it is perfect it is 49 cc's gets 100 miles to the gallon and does 35 mph what more could I ask for. I've had it 2 years and it's already paid for itself. But in my town all we have is 30 mph roads so it's no big deal since I can go 35. Being a college kid it is perfect on campus.

As mentioned above, people think that because it's motorized they're allowed on the road.... IMO a motorcycle endorsement should be mandatory for them if they're street-legal. 2 wheels is 2 wheels whether there's 49cc or 1000cc between 'em.

I was riding threw town one day around 2pm and following this guy on a little 50cc scooter. no helmet of course. anyhow we come to the stop light that is right infront of the town clown building (local police). he stops for the red light, reached down for his cup holder and grabs a nice cold budweiser can. cracks it open, then slams it while lookin into the police station glass windows. puts the can back into the cup holder then drives away on green.

I was laughing my azz off the whole time this idiot was doing this, thinking he prob. lost his liscense and said fk it. im getting a 50cc scooter and doing all the above! lol..
