Anybody think of tracking down the guy that was doing it the last time? Mabey his hands are feeling a little better lol. Mabey he spread the word on how easy picking we are to trust leaving are trucks in the middle of nowhere I'm starting to feel safer leaving my truck down town Pigs Gorge.

Why on earth would anyone leave their wallet in the truck??? Why not take it WITH you? An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

I agree, I always carry my keys, wallet, Camera and phone in my backpack, at least if you do get pinched you have the most valuable stuff

Haven't heard of any more breakins around PG lately. Parked on the highway north of bear lake last weekend with no problems, Hopefully they smartend up before they get beat up.

hmm I dont know where you guys live but I dont even lock my door anymore as I got tired of replacing my window after it gets smashed,and especially leave nothing of value,it is all good to know though and I am watching for anything suspicious,I think the best would be to tie someone up and drag him\her down the trail for awhile then untie leave them and see if they have survival skills...good luck out there

Buddies truck and 2 sleds were ripped of in PG on the weekend truck was found on saxton rd this morning no sleds of coarse. Got some tips that led us to Reid lake rd found his helmut and some ice fishing gear but no sleds. 09 dragon 800 155 and 99 700 rmk still missing in that area.

I got taken at beaver creek in 04. They smashed 2 side windows out and took everything. I am thinking of leaving the windows rolled down and a $20 on the seat with a fish hook taped to the underside of it..

hey farwest-a guy in vancouver (surrey i think) did something like that with his tools a couple years ago and ended up gettin sued. the thief couldn't support himself through his line of work anymore cause he lost some fingers or something.just have to make sure whatever ya do to booby trap your own chit is lethal so the creep can't make a statement-LOL... oh yea and don't forget to dis arm it ooops!

That was a local construction Guy,his trailer got broke into so many times he could not get insurance!!!!It was around Fraser Highway and 168th if memory is on.....he never got charged because they could not prove he set it.Good guy wins,bad guy can't steel anymore!!!

Guyz, went out North of PG again last weekend (Feb-28) and didn't have anything touched. We completely stripped the truck so there was nothing of value at all (Bull**** you gotta do that) to minimize our risk, But anyhoo looks like they're taking a break while the heat is on.

i've had decent luck parking @ summit lake over the years - knock on wood.plus we leave all the goodies that we can't carry at home (kinda sucks).usually the bigest problem has been that some tool parks on the roadway into the parking areas so no-one else can park or get out when they come back to the trucks.a guy can always park somewhere else but if someone gets hurt and your blocked in ....wtf!? i don't get why people are so inconsiderate....chit always seems to happen at the worst times
