just follow them around in the direction they go and stop between each one. you can stop between the tips.
level 9 really sux.
Is level 9 the one that is semi u shaped and has all of the balls going left to right?
no thats 10. wow. if i could only find someone heading west i would not have to play this friggen game any more.

I've made it to level 15 but I won't even begin to tell you the number of deaths I have.
As far as the windmill, try using the down and over arrow keys at the same time. You will also need this trick on a later level.
