It doesn't take a size 2 or 3 to kill you. Even a large sluff that knocks you over a cliff or into a creek is all that is needed

When will avalanche alley get groomed? Or has anyone been up it or the S chute recently...?
I am not very pleased with the options for going up onto the hills.

i hate going up a. alley, there was the hugest slide there last year chunks the sizes of homes!!!!!

As of last weekend, Avy Alley was only groomed to the bottom of the hill where the avalanches usually occur. Beyond that the creek is still open and it would be very hard to pass. I made fresh tracks up over the Guantlet in Metaldome last weekend and came down over the S Chute. Never went beyond that because it was socked in. Just watch out for the large rock on the S Chute almost at the top. Going to try in again in the morning (Sunday).

TRICOUNI BREAK-INS SATURDAY!! Thieves made off with several credit cards from 3-4 vehicles parked on the Highway side of the bridge on Saturday. Thousands of dollars were spent at big box stores in Squamish. Don't leave valuables in your vehicle!! Riding was great....DDDDEEEEEPPPPP!
Also some guy lost his Arctic cat on the Highway just North of Brohm... make sure your sleds are tied down eh?
Anyone know if you can get through avy alley yet and Brandywine?
