The 2014's are starting to be delivered!

Waxer that red skid plate looks sick. You doing anything else? A-arms, skis, etc?

Plan on installing HD bumper and scratchers but no current plans for much else except possibly some vents, have to think hard about where I would put them. Shocks down the line then probably red springs!:face-icon-small-hap

Steelman I do have a pic of the front cooler,LOL!:face-icon-small-win

LOL, I hear ya. Nice looking sled by the way!! And CHEERS!

For the '14's did they eliminate all the extra holes in the CF overstucture tubes and change how the wiring was secured with darts thru some of the holes? Just curious, as I have not pulled the Fiche up to compare part numbers. I saw a few failures originating from these holes on the '13's and was hoping that they addressed the issue.

Update: pulled the fiche last night, overstructure is the same. The lower pulley and belt have a new number as do the driveshaft and Jackshaft.

I need to order three sets of over structures, unless some one has some take offs kicking around?

Pro ride defrost. polaris part # 2879090 $119.99. Easy fit!

Have you used this bag on a previous sled?
They look useful, but $120 is kinda spendy fora little storage bag unless it really works well to warm/dry stuff. Don't care about lifting the guage anyway. Never really look at it while I'm riding anyway

I have not owned one before but rode a couple Pros with them on and I liked the way they held extra goggles & gloves. I need the heat because I have to change goggles quite often as I wear glasses :face-icon-small-hap I have used the less expensive goggle bags under the hood that work great but I think I'll like the extra storage for gloves & a few other smaller items and I wanted the gauge moved.
I said earlier the fit was good but I did decide to change out the top hood bolts for some 6mm studs so it was easier to attach and not worry about cross threading the bolts and stripping the aluminum threads.

Got one with a season on it, more room than you think, I can put two gogs, plus a pair or two of gloves, if required. It does warm up while getting some heat out, but drying wet is a stretch. Very convenient, tho. Spendy, yes. It's sledding. The underhood bag is much better for drying a pair of gogs or gloves. Between the two, never wet or cold for long.

Nice to know as I have the bag coming with my snowcheck!

waiting, waiting, waiting!!

Has anyone who snowchecked an LE with Nuclear Sunset Orange panels gotten theirs yet? That's what I ordered -

Well, I couldn't stand it so I called my dealer AGAIN. He finally called me a royal pain in the a.. and then asked where the heck I thought I was going to ride it! Silly boy, I'll ride it in the garage of course!! :face-icon-small-ton

Anyway, mine is scheduled to be shipped this Monday!!! Woo Hoo! Here's hoping it happens!!!

Oh and he said he has had snowchecked 600's for a month now!

Just got word from my dealer in AK that they should be in this coming week, hopefully by thursday he said.. Not sure if it includes my snow checked assault or not. keeping my fingers crossed!

What's the big hurry? My first ever new sled is a 2014 snow check. I told dealer hold on to it as long as possible till I have to sign papers. I don't want to make a payment till I ride it! I don't know why you guys wanna make 2-3 payments on a new sled before you break it in!!

Because I plan on basically disassembling it and painting, powdercoating and vinyl wrapping the crap out of it. I am picking mine up in the crate and then taking it back to the dealer after I am done monkeying with it and let them set it up.

That's why!

I hope to be done and ready to ride when the snow flies!!

And yes I'll make a couple of payments early and yes I will ride it before I should and yes I might as well order new A-arms now. We ride on the Grand Mesa and for any of you who have never experienced the Grand Mesa when the snow depth is marginal it is nothing but one huge rock pile!

I'll ride it anyway.

I talked to my dealer (Peninsula Powersports) and he said mine (163 pro) won't be in until October. It is suppose to ship out at the end of September... The 155 pros should be arriving in a week or so... Oh well, it will give me time to tear it down and make it unique!
