More positive feedback for Timbersled!

Thanks Alan for taking care of this.

I know others have had this issue and it taken care of, just wanted to add another ++ for Timbersled.


I pulled my Mtn Tamer skid a few weeks ago and noticed the rear swing arm bent and even broken.
I emailed pics to Alan and he said send the arm in and he'd get another out.

The replacement is beefed up and looks like it will definately take care of the issue.
Oh, and the bushings were already glued in! As mentioned in another thread, the could otherwise have a tendancy to push out when greasing. So the glue puts a stop to that!

Alan has been more than supportive with his product support, and both he and Budd are always willing to spend time on the phone talking about setup and riding and figuring what is best for the individual!!

I cant say enough good about Allen and the guys.

My front end was worn out and had a few other issues on my t-apex. Talked with allen and i sent it out on Friday and the new one arrived on monday. Do the math. He shipped it before he got mine.

I cant say enough good about them.

Way to go guys.

allen and budd are both top notch. never a problem to answer questions or concerns and thrive to improve there product. which is a rarety. timbersled is one of a handfull on here. a dealer selling timbersled products is justin at code red, who is on top of his game with service. and mike at iceage . great customer service guys!!!!!!!!!!!!


rotax you sure about the placement on the upper idlers? i havent put mine together yet but seems like they should be further in on the shaft.

Yeah, i have them backwards. Would have figure dit out when I installed. lol But I was just tryin to get all the parts 'together' so they weren't rollin around the garage

Thanks for the hook up on the digital scales so that we could figure out what the weigths were on our sleds and every other question Allen and Budd answer when we stop by.

I just picked up a mountain tamer suspension from Snow JW (Justin) for my Nytro and it is the revised design as shown in Rotax's picture. These things are sure a high quality piece of work.

Personally I am amazed at the quality of craftsmanship that the Timbersled has. A lot of precision machining and fabrication. Never been around the skid so I hope it works as well as everyone claims.
