They said they couldn't fly out the rider,I never asked why,I'm guessing a liability thing or something.The sled was at the north end on top of the bull pen on Boulder Mt and Selkirks hanger is no more than four or five miles away as the crow flies,not to mention they probably no the area well,there hanger is about a 1/2 mile from the Boulder parking lot....pretty handy.I got doubled out by a couple of buddies trading off,(thanks Ryan & Shawn)the snow was deep and some of the pulls took some skill to get out riding double on turbo sleds.Thanks Guys!!!

$450 is only a couple blown belts these days. How many belts would it have taken to get that sled out? That was cheap and best part is nobody gets hurt either!

That's weird. Don't they give tours in the summer? Oh well, cheap rescue. Probably saved $450 in bad backs.

OHHH wow this week we went to Frisby in revelstoke Holly crap at least 5-6 Feet of snow unblieveable!. No god damn Base just loose powder we got stuck in the back bowl's all day Our group opened up all those Back bowl's we dident even mean to, one of our guy's went missing and we had to go down those bowl's to get him, 4 hour's to get us out then the second day we went down into the 2end bowl and then anthor 4 hour's that day! man I'm sore I need a turbo lol.. LOT'S of hard work to get the sled's out OMG. I have pic's but i don't know how to post ill figure it out soon! Just because of this snow i'm going to buy a XP because the XP's were doing all the work to make trail's to get out We had to side hill to get out CRAZY!!! Amazeing Sled's couldent get over it! After this weekend i recommed buying a XP 163 I'm going to get one very soon. If you get the Clicker's set right and the clutching set up right they are one beast of a sled.


Go to Frisby in Revey crazy snow boy's and gal's!

Catch a ride

They will give the rider a ride but not when they are hoisting freight,Yellow Head out of Valemont lifted 4 sleds and riders out of West Oasis in 2000.

I don't think the company is allowed to fly passengers when they have something attached to the long line (for liabilty reasons). Tours are no problem since they aren't flying cargo in tow.
