Seriously, thank you. Because of some dragon rider that decided to leave trash rather then take it out, I have a new windshield for my sled :D

I'll wait for Mule to post pics...

Pack it in and pack it out or don't come!

We was riding in the snowies a few weeks ago and I came upon a group of riders on the side of the trail. I stopped where they were at and noticed they were having lunch. I chatted for a few and the turned around and left cause my buds hadn't come along yet. They soon came up the trail and I turned around again. When we came to the spot were the group was. There was three neatly piled piles of their trash. We stopped and crammed it in our packs, trunks and bar bags. I don't want to say where they was from but it starts with an I and ends with uh. We don't care where you come from to ride just don't trash the place. Is this common practice in Iowa? I ask this cause they piled it so neatly like the next groomer to come along would just stop and pick it up like it was their job. If that is the case lets make this clear that in Wyoming we have no such garbage detail here. You pack it in and you pack it out.

Gotta love those Idiots Out Wandering Around...

Mule and I stopped several times to pick up miscelanious junk and trash that had been left, don't know by who or where they were from, it was just what some people left as junk. I was rather pleased at finding a windshield. Means I have a passable one for the rest of the season now.

thats really too bad.........it that kind of parctice that leans towards outlawing more and more land...........for us snowmobilers.. back here in nebraska we have a spring and a fall garbadge pick up. what it is is all the club members get together on a sunday afternoon and we take both sides of the ditch usuall 3 or 4 people in each ditch with big orange plasitc bags and we go both sided of the road and both directions for 2miles........so our club cleans 4 miles of ditch twice a year.the name of our club is capitol city snowmobilers..........and it feels good to do something like that......also by picking up ;your own mess in the mountains and packing it out will make u feel good , responsible and builds self worth believe or not...........
just my .02 worth.

Pack it in/ Pack it out

Pack it in/ Pack it out-I totally agree & preach this myself.
I won't get started on the state acronym phrases, or which states obviously have the most idiots.

As far as IDIOTS, there's plenty of them go around!

Congrats Mule

Your momma's not here to clean up after ya. you have room to pack it in, you have room to pack it out. Another thing, the highway thru the parking area at green rock area is for vehicles not sleds. please make a note of this. have a good day.

somebody is being lazy to bring trashes to home and throw it in trash can or burn it.
last summer, me and my friend went jet skiing and we found a big trash can in lake! there was a strong windy before that day. i gave it to my friend i know he need it for beer cans to put in lol

It's the same way everywhere. There was an RV staying in the togwotee parking area (Not togwotee's lot, but the big one the state made) about a month or so ago. They decided to bury 5 big bags of garbage in the snow bank next to where they were parking. Well needless to say, when i was pushing all the snow banks back one day, i found all of them! Made me sick! They were pretty muck all full of beer cans to... Its not just the iwegans, this particular group was from Minnesnowta!

You ever been to the 2-Bar bowling alley in Cheyenne? Go into the bar in there if you are and look on the wall for "The Sticker"

I want one :D

It really is too bad that some people dont have enough respect to clean up their trash. I give the mts as much respect as i can, just because i am greatful that i am able to see the beautiful scenery. Most people will never see it unless its on tv, so i definetely pick up after myself and others if i see it. Sorry they were from Iowa, but i can guarantee it wasnt anyone i ride with.

Absolutely was not us! I personally took our garbage up to the dumpsters behind the rental shop every morning. I'm alway picking up crap (tires, appliances, etc) that people find convienient to throw in the road ditches along our property back home. I can't stand that crap!!
